Why do we offer surrogacy in Ukraine?
The major reason is affordability. Since IVF cycle with or without Oocyte Donor’s is much less costly in Ukraine than in the USA ( from $4500-$6500 including cost of medication), it allows the Intended Parents to go for 1-3 cycles that is normally needed to achieve pregnancy.
Other major reasons are: supportive law, no need for visa to enter Ukraine, beautiful egg donors, and responsible and educated gestational surrogates.
Why it is safe to work with our agency in the USA rather than work directly with Ukrainian based programs?
Our agency is located in Doylestown, PA. All contracts between the Intended parents and the Agency are executed in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
What are the laws on surrogacy in Ukraine?
The law in Ukraine allows compensated surrogacy. The Intended Parents, if they are married couple, get birth certificate into their names, in case of Gestational Surrogacy. No adoption needed. The law is applicable to the foreign Intended Parents.
How can we bring our newborn home?
United States recognizes surrogacy in Ukraine. US Embassy Consular section provides all information necessary to obtain US Citizenship and US Passport. Our attorney provides all documents necessary for the US Consulate in order to get US passport and to travel back to the USA.
UK Consulate has similar procedures to obtain UK passport.
For the citizens of the EU, we recommend to contact our office first, since different countries apply different laws.

Is it affordable?
Our program in Ukraine is affordable for all couples and individuals willing to use surrogacy as their venue into parenthood. The total expenses may not exceed $38 000 for the Intended Parents from the USA or UK, and maybe slightly higher for the Intended Parents from Europe due to different legal assistance that is required for non-USA and non-UK citizens. It is 2 times less than the majority of similar programs offer in the USA.
How many trips are necessary to Ukraine?
Two trips is needed for the citizens of the USA and UK . Only one trip is needed for the EU countries.
Is it any age restrictions?
No, at this point, the law does not require any age restrictions
What do I need to get started ?
You need to contact our office either by phone or by email and ask for detailed program description. Upon signing Contract with our Agency, you will need to go through testing for sexually transmitted and communicable diseases that is done in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. We will schedule your arrival to Ukraine for IVF procedures. Our case manager and attorney in Kiev, Ukraine will assist with all aspects of your treatment.
